Terms of Service

Service scope

AI Predictor Engine provides software for prediction briefs, scenario probabilities, confidence explanations, and report exports. Outputs are probabilistic planning aids. They are not legal, financial, investment, medical, compliance, tax, or safety advice and must not be treated as guarantees.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have authority to use the service and to submit any evidence or content you provide. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, rights violations, malware, credential theft, sanctions evasion, harassment, or decisions that require legally mandated human review without appropriate independent review.

Plans and checkout

Plans are offered as Solo, Analyst, and Desk subscriptions. Annual billing is discounted compared with monthly billing. NOWPayments handles crypto checkout. Access may begin after payment is confirmed by the network and payment provider.

Refunds and cancellations

Crypto payments can be irreversible once broadcast or confirmed. Refund requests can be sent to support@aigeamy.com and will be reviewed in good faith within a commercially reasonable period. Refund availability may depend on service access already delivered, transaction status, network fees, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, and applicable law.

User content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, analyze, transform, and display that content to provide the service, maintain security, troubleshoot, and improve reliability. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted materials.

Reports and predictions

Reports may contain errors, incomplete assumptions, or outdated information. You are responsible for verifying important outputs before acting. The service is not responsible for business losses caused by reliance on a forecast or by failure to obtain professional advice where appropriate.

Intellectual property

The website, software, templates, interface, and brand elements are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service except as permitted by law or written permission.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, pricing, regions, payment options, or limits. We aim to keep the service useful and secure but do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if no amount was paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
